Dirtboarding - Why You Should Try Dirtboarding ASAP

By Baxter Wells

I love dirtboarding and I think you might too. Here I am going to tell you just a few reasons why you should try this exciting sport. I could go on for much longer with other reasons, but this article would be far too long, so here's what I think are the best reasons why you should go dirtboarding (also referred to as all terrain skateboarding or dirtboarding).

Many people feel like they lead boring, average, mundane lives. Hobbies, recreational activities and sports can help those people shake off their melancholy and get some excitement going in their lives. If you need more excitement in your life, the extreme sport of mountain boarding is chalked full of it.

o Many of us could use some extra exercise. All terrain skateboarding takes up quite a bit of energy. It exercises your core muscles when you are riding down a hill and balancing, and it is quite a workout to walk back up the hill to go again. The best part about it though, is that it is fun exercise. You hardly notice you are exercising because of all the fun you are having!

This extreme sport gives you a fantastic "excuse" to get outside and have fun. You get to enjoy the great outdoors all while having a blast riding nature's hills and slopes.

The sport of dirtboarding is challenging. It requires balance, practice, and coordination to be able to master tricks, and conquer hills. It can be as hard and challenging as you want, as there is always a harder hill, or a more complex trick to master.

Mountain boarding makes me feel great. I think it is the combination of the fresh air, the thrill, and challenge of riding that puts me in a good mood. It feels good to ride down a hill and not fall over. It even feels good to me to fall over and get up, because I find that there is something encouraging about being able to fall off and get back on. It is a great stress reliever and great pick me up.

I could go on with more reasons, but you will have to discover those for yourself after you try a session of mountain boarding. It isn't for everyone, but if you are thinking that this sport sounds good to you I encourage you to go out and try it for yourself!
