Affordable and Stylish City Bikes

By Kerri Potter

For so long, biking has been a very popular form of transportation and a great way to exercise. To this day, we are still seeing an increase in popularity among city bikes as bike lanes and bike-sharing programs are being put into place in cities all around the world. Bikes are used around the world as a great way to travel and experience different cities, bringing cultures together.

I can still remember the day when I learned to ride a bicycle for the first time. All of my friends were already able to ride a bike without training wheels which made me determined to learn. There was no better feeling than the freedom when my mom let go of my bike and I was able to pedal away all by myself.

Years later, I still enjoy bike riding and since I have been recently shopping for a new one, I have come across great bikes from a company called Linus. The styles of these bikes are inspired by French bicycle design from the 1950s and 60s. The bikes are beautiful and elegant and their classy look is exactly what I have been looking for in a bicycle.

Riding city bikes is a perfect way to get around town while getting exercise at the same time. The best part about city bikes is that by riding one, you are actually helping the environment. By choosing to ride a bike over driving a car, you are saving gasoline and car emissions. If you are looking to take part in the "green" movement, then riding a bike is a great way to do that.

Linus bikes are priced affordably which is perfect for a college student like me who has a tight budget. It is so easy to see why biking has been around for so long with all the great benefits.
