The Key Polar Heart Rate Monitor Instructions

A polar heart rate monitor, a health device, consist two parts: the transmitter and the watch unit. This equipment monitors and measures the heartbeats in a given time. The user wears the former on the body. It has electrodes at the back that detect heartbeats of the person wearing the gadget. The data is then taken to watch unit for display. The device works effectively and gives correct results when the user follows carefully the polar heart rate monitor instructions, which are divided into six detailed steps.

First of all, one buckle from the transmitter should be attached to the elastic strap. With the strap, wrap carefully around the torso and put the other end to the other buckle. Place transmitter should then be put below the muscles of the chest, but in front of the torso.

In the forth step, press the upper right key on watch to cycle through time, lap time, timer modes and calories burned. Press also the lower right key to cycle through the percentage display modes of maximum heart pace and the beats per minute. Navigate to the preferred time mode, set the current time and date and save by pressing the red button. Wait for the heart pace to be detected by watch element and then press the red button again for the device to start recording the workout data.

Begin collecting data from the device recordings. Use the red button to pause or resume the recording at any time. To end the exercise, the user should press the red button two times in order to stop the gadget from recording. Lastly, evaluate the information taken from watches.

Lastly, remove watch system and disconnect the elastic strap where it was attached. Using a clean towel, wipe any excess moisture on the transmitter and the watch unit and store them in a cool, dry place. To maintain this device, one should regularly clean the transmitter using water and mild soap and dry carefully before storing. Avoid storing in non-breathing materials such as plastic bags since moisture and sweat actives the gadget shortening the life of batteries.

Additionally, the user should avoid bending or stretching the transmitter, keeping it under the sun or under extreme heat and cold because these conditions damage the electrodes.
